The 15 signs for the Parade Proteste’s performance are made from the patterns used to assemble the President·es series of fabric banners (2017-2018). In paper glued to wood, cut out following the silhouettes of the shapes and figures, they bear the traces of the usage that made them appear: reproduction’s distortions, markings, assembling’s scotch tape, etc.
The performance Parade Proteste allows the figures to be activated several times during the exhibition Action!: the performed drawing for Drawing Now Art Fair 13; the action evoking at the same time or alternately the carnival, the parade or the demonstration.
